Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be diagnosed as chronic insomnia according to the Diagnostic criteria for the third edition of the international classification of sleep disorders (ICSD-3); 2. Aged above 60 years old; 3. People who has good compliance and accepts the study and signed the written informed consent form for the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other obvious physique of traditional Chinese medicine; Paralysis of limbs, Parkinson's disease; Alzheimer's disease and severe cognitive impairment; Psychosocial diseases such as severe anxiety and depression; Combined with heart, brain, lung, liver, hematopoietic system and other serious primary and infectious diseases; Pernicious tumor, active tuberculosis, and other consumptive diseases; Do not cooperate with the completion of the experimenter and do not sign the informed consent.
