Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Evaluation of preclinical effect of mineralized collagen modified PMMA bone cement: 1. the mineralized collagen modified PMMA bone cement in the treatment of total knee arthroplasty (1) The in-patient male or female over 50 years of age; (2) The subjects was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis; (3) The subject requires unilateral or bilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA); 2. Curative effect of mineralized collagen modified PMMA bone cement in vertebroplasty: (1) patients with the allergic history of the mineralized collagen modified PMMA bone cement active component or any component of the excipient; (2) The patients with local infection or potential infection; (3) The patients with the damage of the posterior wall of the vertebral body before the operation, which may lead to the leakage of the bone cement; In Vitro Biomechanical Study of Mineralized Collagen Modified PMMA Cements for Total Hip Replacement the femur specimen dealing with anticorrosion for one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Evaluation of preclinical effect of mineralized collagen modified PMMA bone cement: 1. the mineralized collagen modified PMMA bone cement in the treatment of total knee arthroplasty: (1) patients with the allergic history of the mineralized collagen modified PMMA bone cement active component or any component of the excipient; (2) The patients with local infection or potential infection. (3) The patient who have a knee disease which caused by Rheumatoid, ankylosing spondylitis and other autoimmune diseases; (4) Severe flexion deformity, varus valgus deformity need to use special prosthesis patients. 2. Curative effect of mineralized collagen modified PMMA bone cement in vertebroplasty (1) patients with the allergic history of the mineralized collagen modified PMMA bone cement active component or any component of the excipient; (2) The patients with local infection or potential infection; (3) The patients with the damage of the posterior wall of the vertebral body before the operation, which may lead to the leakage of the bone cement.
