Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient showed progressive pain attacks on the shoulders, such as nighttime sleep associated with pain; 2. Pain occurs when the shoulder moves to the end of the shoulder; 3. The limited range of movement of the shoulder joints lasted more than one week; 4. Performing functional movements, such as shoulder overstretch or outreaching, becomes increasingly difficult due to pain / stiffness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Reluctance to participate in this study; 2. Pathological diseases of shoulder joint such as tumor, fracture, dislocation, rotator cuff injury, muscle and soft tissue injury, history of shoulder operation; 3. Cervicogenic shoulder pain; 4. Complex regional pain syndrome diagnosed clinically; 5. complicated with diseases of blood system and abnormal coagulation function; 6. Pregnant; 7. A history of shoulder injection therapy within 6 months.
