Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 3 months after phacomulcification and IOL implantation surgery,claiming descreased visual acuity and diagnosed as posterior capsular opacification; 2. normal patients implanted the IOL without descreased visual acuity and posterior capsular opacification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. fundi diseases,cornea opacity,uveitis,late stage of glaucoma, and so on; 2. capsular bag contraction syndrome,tile and decentration of IOL, and so on.
