Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, aged 20-60 years, weight 45-60kg; ASA I-II; voluntary and cooperative; 2. aged 20-60 years, weight 45-60kg; ASA I-II; voluntary and cooperative. 3. aged 20-40 years; BMI 18.5-24.99; regular sleeping; voluntary and cooperative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertention or severe cardiopulmonary diseases; epilepsy, psychosis, brain diseases, sedative used in recent 3 months, or receive acupuncture; contraindication for acupuncture, such as severe hemorrhagic diseases, highly sensitive patients, ulcer or tumor at the acupuncture sites. 2. Allergic to nalmefene. 3. the same with metal implantation, such as cardiac pacemaker, metal teeth, et al; distinct somatic pain or discomfort, claustrophobia.
