experimental eyes:When suction on, rotate the negative pressure ring untill the two markers on the cornea were aligned with the horizontal line of the eyepiece.
control eyes:Only need to mark on the cornea, no need to rotate the negative pressure ring.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the informed consent must be signed; (2) age >= 18 years; (3) both eyes are treating with simple SMILE surgery, and both eyes are diagnosed as myopia and astigmatism. (4) refractive index: relatively stable (the change of diopter is less than 0.50 D per year for two consecutive years); (5) the thickness of the central cornea is greater than 500um or the residual matrix bed thickness is greater than 280um in prediction; (6) cornea: there is no obvious haze or pannus;the morphology of the cornea is normal in corneal topography and there is no keratoconus tendency.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) with other ocular diseases and (or) systemic lesions that affect the recovery of surgery; (2) with other surgical contraindications detected by preoperative examination.
