Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. confirmed type 2 diabetes with Wagner grade 2-3 lower extremity or foot ulcer; 2. at least one area of about 1-10cm2 skin ulcer wounds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe foot ulcer with partial or full gangrene; 2. with complications such as acidosis, hyperosmolar coma and other acute complications of diabetes, or severe uncontrolled blood glucose (FPG> 13.0mmol/L, HbA1c> 15%); 3. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (ALT> 2.5 times normal high line, serum creatinine> 250umol/L or GFR <45mL/min/1.73m2), heart failure (New York Heart Association graded level 3), history of cerebral infarction with residual limb paralysis, malignancy or psychiatric disorders; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Patients involved in clinical studies of other diseases.
