18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Depressive patients who received MECT for the first time; (2) Grade I-II of ASA classification; (3) Aged 16-65 years; (4) Sex: both men and women; (5) To receive MECT; (6) Fully informed and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The combination of schizophrenia and other mental diseases; (2) Mental disorders and other brain diseases that affect cognitive function; (3) Effect evaluation and cognitive function test on illiteracy, blindness and deafness; (4) Drug abuse; (5) Patients with past related drug allergy history and other patients who are not suitable for admission.
