Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age = 65 years old; 2. Shenqing cooperation, you can exchange normally; 3. the first voluntary acceptance of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy or colonoscopy / treatment; 4. preoperative liver, kidney function, ECG and blood biochemical examination no abnormalities; 5. no severe breathing, history of circulatory diseases; 6. preoperative assessment, suitable for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy or colonoscopy / treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to narcotic drugs; 2. the merger of vital organs dysfunction: brain, heart, lung, liver, kidney, adrenal; 3. combined with sleep apnea syndrome; 4. premedication is taking analgesics, antihypertensive drugs, antiarrhythmic drugs and antipsychotics; 5. 2 weeks before the drinking history, smoking history and history of drug abuse; 6. due to various reasons, stop surgery halfway, failed to complete the treatment on schedule.
