Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first diagnosis / recurrence of glioma patients with surgical treatment; 2. Pathological diagnosis of malignant glioma (WHOI-IV); 3. tumor tissue specimens were deteccted genes status; 4. Patients and relatives should be informed and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The histologic diagnosis was unclear; 2. follow-up information was not complete.
