Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed according to World Health Organization diagnostic criteria promoted in 1999; 2. no walking dysfunction and muscle abnormalities; 3. well cognitive ability, obey tester's instructions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes; (2) gestational diabetes; (3) impaired glucose regulation (including impaired fasting glucose and impaired glucose tolerance); (4) Foot ulcers Wagner grade 1 and above; (5) acute complications of diabetes mellitus; gout in diabetic patients leads to foot deformities; (6) diabetic patients with obvious gait after cerebral apoplexy; (7) severe visual obsession, need others to help or walker aids ; (8) amputation or partial d toe patients.
