Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18~80 years; 2. Symptoms manifested as (1) vertigo + history of migraine + one of the migraine-like symptoms (hemiplegic pulsatile headache, photophobia, visual aura); (2) vertigo + history of migraine; (3) vertigo + one of the migraine-like symptoms (hemiplegic pulsatile headache, photophobia, visual aura).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious eye diseases, blurred vision or eye movement abnormalities; 2. There are serious otological diseases, unable to be proceed caloric tests; 3. there is a serious cervical spondylosis, unable to be proceed static and dynamic position test; 4. mental disorders; 5. acute and chronic severe medical diseases, such as anemia, liver and kidney dysfunction diseases, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors and other patients; 6. vertigo caused by other diseases (such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo).
