Inclusion criteria: Male or female, 18 to 75 years old; Chinese medical personnel who have professional qualifications and are practising ;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. medical staff who left the occupation; 2. Those who have the difficulity to understand the questionnaire, such as loss of reading and disconfirmation, have the disorder
