Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male of female; 2. Aged 16 to 75 years old; 3. GCS 4-15; 4. pathogenesis of the aneurysmal hemorrhage (including craniocerebral trauma, spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage, the aneurysmal intracranial vascular malformations); 5. stable hemodynamics before into the group, systolic blood pressure > 110 mm Hg, diastolic blood pressure > 60 mm Hg, heart rate < 120 times/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with open head injury and penetrating injury; 3. Systolic pressure 120 times/min, and cannot be corrected within 30 minutes; 4. GCS=3 points, and bilateral pupil dilation does not reflect light;
