Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females, aged more than 18 years; 2. Diagnosed as Dilated Cardiomyopathy or Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy; 3. Signature of informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in cardiogenic shock; 2. Any process, whether cardiovascular or otherwise, that reduces life expectancy to <1 year; 3. Secondary to other causes such as ischemic, malignancies, blood dyscrasias, autoimmune or inflammatory diseases et al.
