Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or Female aged between 16 and 75 years; 2. GCS 4-15; 3. The pathogenesis is non-aneurysmal intracerebral hemorrhage (including craniocerebral trauma, spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage, non-aneurysmal intracranial vascular malformation); 4. The blood flow kinetics was stable, the systolic pressure > 110 mm Hg, the diastolic blood pressure > 60 mm Hg, the heart rate <120 beats per minute.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with open head injury and penetrating injury; 3. Systolic pressure 120 times/min, and cannot be corrected within 30 minutes; 4. GCS=3 points, and bilateral pupil dilation does not reflect light; 5. Patients with congestive heart failure (cilotazole may aggravate the symptoms); 6. Patients with a history of allergy to cilotazole.
