Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with rectal cancer; (2) Aged between 18-75 years; (3) Body mass index (BMI) 18 - 35 kg/m squared.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ASA classification = III; (2) Known (unknown) causes of infection(Hot).
