Controlled group:Follow the standard frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle protocol
Experimental group:letrozole 2.5mg/d for 5 days since day 5 of menstrual cycle

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Menstrual duration =35 days in normal times; 2. Patients diagnosed as PCOS; 3. Not older than 38.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PGD cycles; 2. Existence of evidence of endometrial injury or abnormality; 3. Ultrasonographic evidence of a uterine abnormality (submucous myoma or adenomyoma); 4. Severe systemic diseases such as severe impairment of liver and kidney function; 5. Allergic to letrozole or hCG; 6. oral contraceptive pill usage within 3 months; 7. diagnosis of recurrent spontaneous abortion or pregnancy loss; 8. diagnosis of recurrent implantation failure
