Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with aortic dissection undergoing total aortic arch replacement under deep hypothermic circulatory arrest; 2. Age = 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients rejecting or doing not write informed consent; 2. end-stage renal disease; 3. preoperative kidney injury; 4. hybrid total aortic arch replacement.
