Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were in accordance with the criteria of subjective tinnitus; 2. The patients have persistent tinnitus (unilateral or bilateral) as the main symptom, accompanied by or without hearing loss, insomnia and other symptoms; 3. Course of disease in 3 years; 4. Aged 18-70 years old, can be very good to describe and express their own condition, gender not limited; 5. The patients are willing to accept the treatment scheme and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who had a course of more than 3 years;The patients age were less than 18 or more than 70 years old; 2. Objectivity tinnitus caused by vascular malformation and myoclonus. 3. Patients with severe systemic systemic disease; 4. Patients with severe mental illness or pregnancy or lactation; 5. People who can not accept water needle therapy or acupuncture treatment; 6. Patients who would not accept the treatment of this study.
