Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent signed; 2. Aged between 18 and 50 years; 3. Diagnosed as trigger points pain in upper trapezius, and its diagnostic criteria is: (1) presence of a palpable taut band in upper trapezius; (2) presence of a hypersensitive tender spot in the taut band; (3) local twitch response provoked by the snapping palpation of the taut band, and (4) reproduction of the typical referred pain pattern of the trigger point in response to compression; 4. AVS was between 3-10.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neck pain caused by traumatic, inflammatory or other diseases; 2. Neck pain with radiating pain; 3. Patients had taken invasive treatments of neck within the last 3 months; 4. Surgery to the spine within the last year; 5. Patients with other acute and chronic diseases of the heart, liver and kidney and dysfunction of blood coagulation; 6. Patients with tumor or pregnancy.
