Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation; 2. Man or woman is allowed; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 4. The ASA grade II-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. There is an infectious disease before surgery; 3. There are acute lung injury and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 4. Preoperative untreated hypertension; 5. Hemoglobin reached 160g/L before surgery.
