Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with significant nausea/vomiting as predominant symptoms.refractory gastroparesis involves patients who have failed medical therapy, failed other interventional therapies.GSCI> 1.5; 2. delayed gastric emptying was diagnosed by arium emptying experiment; 3. no ulcer or obstrcture detected by endoscopy in 3 months; 4. The patients or their guardian agree to participate in the trial and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients cannot undergo endoscopic examination; 2. The endoscopic examination and treatment are contraindicated; 3. patients with coagulation disorders; 4. patients dependenton narcotics and abdominal pain as predominant symptom due to the concern for overlapping functional pain
