Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The resident population aged 60 to 80 years; 2. Only for daily physical activity, usually without exercise habits (such as Taijiquan, Baduanjin, Wu Qin play, social dance, square dance, swimming, mountaineering, walking, Yangge, etc.); 3. Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI) score = 5 points; 4. There is no full-time, part-time work; no athlete before retirement, physical education teacher/coach, practice martial arts experience; 5. Physical activity freely, able to participate in exercise training; 6. Living in the current 12 months in the future living in the same place; 7. Agree to sign the informed consent, are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute illness or acute exacerbation of chronic diseases; 2. Serious heart brain kidney, respiratory system, blood system diseases can not tolerate exercise; 3. Diagnosed as depression, dementia patients.
