Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients who met all of the following inclusion criteria will be included in the study: 1. Patients who were enrolled in clinics from 2015 to 2017 with lung cancer; 2. Patients who were lobar resection or segment resection or wedge resection; 3. Pathologically diagnosed patients with non-small cell lung cancer; 4. Patients with age >= 65 years; 5. Patients with clinical staging Ia-IIIa lung cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All the patients who met all of the following exclusion criteria will be included in the study: Patients with cancer treatments (including chemotherapies, radiotherapies, biological therapies, interventional therpaies)
