Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who were enrolled in clinics from 2014 to 2017 and met all the following criteria will be included in the study: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years old; 2. Pathologically or cytohistologically diagnosed non-small cell lung cancer; 3. Patients with no more than 3 extrapulmonary lymph metastases in one organ.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intrapulmonary metastases or primary lung cancer; 2. Patients with pleural dissemination or extrapulmonary direct invasion; 3. Patients with supraclavicular lymph node metastasis; 4. Patients with systematic diseases without any follow-up visits.
