40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The resident han residents of jinan (not less than 5 years), aged 40-60 years, have no gender limit; 2. Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by endocrinologists and healthy volunteers with normal physical examination; 3. Subjects understand and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: serious constipation or diarrhea, with the presence of various types of hepatitis, cholecystitis, peptic ulcer, urinary tract infection, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, hyperthyroidism and other thyroid dysfunction, gastrointestinal surgery had been performed in the past year, alcohol intake of more than 20 g/day, smoking and psychiatric disorders.
