Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with stones in upper urinary tract complicated with urinary infection who will accept ureteroscopic lithotripsy or percutaneous nephrolithotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with stones in upper urinary tract without urinary infection.
