Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All licensed pharmacists in the participating pharmacies during the intervention period are eligible for the study. Adult patients who received pharmaceutical service at participating pharmacy and are able to communicate are eligible for our study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pharmacists who are not licensed in the participating pharmacies during the intervention period are excluded. Patients who are under 18 or unable to communicate with patients are excluded.
