Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary colorectal cancer; 2. Do not combine other tumors; 3. All patients did not receive any chemotherapy, radiotherapy or other treatment before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 4. No radical tumor resection was found during the operation; 5. Combine other tumors; 6. Combine diabetes; 7. The patient refused to participate in the experiment.
