Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obsessive-compulsive disorder group: 1. diagnosis of a OCD according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition (DSM-V); 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. Yale–Brown Obsessive–Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) score more than 16 points; 4. right handed. Schizophrenia with obsessive-compulsive symptoms group: 1. diagnosis of a schizophrenia according to DSM-V, 2. obsessive-compulsive symptoms appear before the antipsychotics treatment, 3. YBOCS score more than 16 points. 4. Aged 18-60 years; 5. Right handed. Schizophrenia with clozapine-induced obsessive-compulsive symptoms group: 1. diagnosis of a schizophrenia-spectrum disorder according to DSM-V; 2. no obsessive-compulsive symptoms before treatment with clozapine; 3. monotherapy with clozapine; 4. stable medication and psychopathology over a period of at least 2 weeks; 5. Aged 18-60 years; 6. Y-BOCS score more than 16 points; 7. right handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary obsessive-compulsive symptoms of cerebral organic disease, especially basal ganglia disease; 2. obsessive-compulsive symptoms with severe heart, liver or renal insufficiency; 3. have accepted no convulsive electroconvulsive therapy in the last 6 months; 4. Alcohol or drug addicts; 5. women in pregnancy; 6. left handed.
