23 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient or guardian voluntarily agrees to participate in the project and sign the informed consent; (2) Aged 23-35 years old, ASA I-II, BMI<27kg/m2 healthy nulliparous women with a singleton cephalic presentation at term (37-42 weeks) and in early spontaneous labor were recruited in the present study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient or guardian voluntarily don't agrees to participate in the project or sign the informed consent; (2) a baseline temperature of =37.5 degree C; (3) suspected chorioamnionitis; (4) induced labor; (5) history of drug abuse; (6) with metabolic diseases, pregnancy-related complications; (7) with contraindications to epidural block; (8) Long-term drinker; (9) heart, lung,liver or kidney disorders.
