Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sensitive group: clinically diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer patients, no gefitinib was used, peripheral blood was taken, and the sensitive group was set. Drug resistance group: clinically diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer patients, using gefitinib for treatment, after the disease progresses, take its peripheral blood, set to resistance group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: May interfere with non-coding RNA detection diseases: chronic viral infection, immune diseases, etc. Taking large doses before the trial may result in drugs that may affect the outcomeantibiotics, hormones, immunosuppressive agents, etc. During the treatment of gefitinib, the subjects used other chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel and cisplatin.
