Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 40 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery of esophageal carcinoma, age=65, male or female, ASA II-III grade, anamnesis was hypertension,selective operation will be performed after drug standard treatment (SBP<180mmHg and DBP<110mmHg)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were known to allergic to research drugs; 2. medical history includes thoracotomy,mental disease; 3. Comorbidities include severe cardiopulmonary,liver and kidney dysfunction,endocrine disease,hematological disease, etc.; 4. Patients were excessive drinking or long-term use of analgesics; 5. Patients' smoking history lasted six months at least, and more than five cigarettes per day.
