Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants will be qualified for inclusion when they meet the following criterias: meeting the 2015 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) classification criteria for gout;aged over 18 years; havn't received uric acid-lowering therapy; signed informed consent, willing to cooperate with this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they have any of the following conditions:with other uncontrolled severe diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, kidney system diseases and endocrine system diseases; have received uric acid-lowering therapy; consuming drugs which may cause elevations of uric acid, such as loop diuretic; rise to unable to communicate or to understand the study; refuse to join in this study.
