Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 6-18 years old; 2. Helicobacter pylori infection in children; 3. Do the test for C13,URT,gastroscope and Pathological biopsy for gastric mucosa.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no follow for the prescribed dose and course; 2. patients who did not review C13 or gastroscope or lost follow.
