Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I to II; 2. Age from 40-70 years; 3. Patients undergoing elective posterior nucleus pulposus of lumbar spinal nerve resection lysis of vertebral with fixed cage implantation surgery for their spinal stenosis and degenerating intervertebral disc, which are diagnosed with radiographic evidence(no disruption of annulus fibrosus of intervertebral disc).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous immune system diseases; 2. No infection in last week before surgery.

Primary

Anesthetic dosage, output volume, urine volume, operative time, anesthetic time, acupoint intensity and frequency, stopping time, postoperative recovery time, extubation time, etc.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
TCM Constitution, body temperature, VAS pain score, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, the first time of exhaust, dizziness, respiratory depression, thigh numbness, skin itching and comfort.;IgG, IgM, CD19+CD3-B cell;Cellular immunity: the activity of NK cells, T cells, CD3 + CD4 + CD8 + T cells, T cells, CD56 + T cells, cytokines: IL-2 and IL-10 (flow cytometry was used to detect the activity of NK cells and CD19+CD3-B cells, CD3+T cells, CD4+T cells, CD8+T cells and IL-10 IL-2 percentage;
