Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Based on EASL Clinical Practice Guidelines: The diagnosis and management of patients with primary biliary cholangitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases with pruritus; 2. Imaging: F4 from vibration-controlled transient elastography (VCTE) or cirrhosis; 3. Cases combined with other liver diseases or other immune-related diseases; 4. Cases in acute stage; 5. Cases in disagreement with the research; 6. Normal level of liver function.
