18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese male; 2. HBV carrier; 3. 40 non HBV carriers will also be recruited as a group of control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. genetic defects (Phenotypically abnormal); 2. azoospermia.

To find out what is/are the major factor/s impair male fertility in chronical HBV carriers.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Possibly minimize the viral infection/transmission outcome and maximize subfertility treatment outcome among male HBV carriers;
