Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of hashimoto's thyroiditis :TPOAb and/or TgAb increased, and thyroid ultrasonography showed enlargment of thyroid and inhomogeneity echo or grid change; 2. Normal thyroid function or subclinical hypothyroidism (FT3/FT4 normal, TSH normal or increased but less than 10mmol/L).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postmenopausal patients or patients with renal or liver disease, cancer, pregnancy, severe weight loss, and those who were on immunosuppressive medication, insulin, sulfonamides,glucocorticoid or supplement of Vit D within 6 months were excluded from the study
