Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatient children (aged 4weeks; 3. Cough had not resolved, or even deteriorated with oral antibiotics for 4weeks; 4. Radiographic image was normal or nearly normal (except for peribronchial thickening), absence of bronchiectasis images; 5. Underwent bronchoscopy and presented with purulent bronchitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Radiographic-confirmed bronchiectasis; 2. Other specific etiology of chronic wet cough; 3. Patients with incomplete medical records; 4. Cystic fibrosis, neuromuscular disease, immunodeficiency disease, and other severe systemic disease children.
