Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be dignosed with KOA; 2. Aged 40 to 80 years; 3. radiological degree 0-II according to the Kellgren- Lawrence scale; 4. Have signed informed consentnoted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other osteopathy such as tuberculosis or tumour of knee joint, rheumatoid arthritis, etc; 2. Patients with contusion or other injuries; 3. Patients with pain in other position; 4. Patients with mental disorder, cardiovascular, function lesion of liver and kidney, immune deficiency, diabetes, blood disease.note: if meet one item should be excluded.
