Age
36 Years to 68 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Older than 18 years; Local residents; Pathological diagnosis of breast cancer without axillary lymph node metastasis; First occurrence of BCRL; Without cardio, neural, muscle & joint disease which may affect physical exercise; Without cognitive dysfunction and communication disorder
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Combined with other malignant tumor; Had ill limb surgery or bilateral axillary lymph nodes sweeping before; Were in the breast cancer advanced stage having axillary lymph node metastasis; Had ill limb blood clots and tend to be bleeding or platelets is lower than 80*10^9/L; having skin ;dermatitis, vein ligation, necrosis on the ill limb; Had severe atherosclerosis or ischemia atrophic vascular disease; Combined with diabetes, low thyroid function;
