18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-75 years; 2. malignant tumors located at cecum, ascending colon, and right sided transverse colon; 3. histologically diagnosed malignant tumors needs to perform the central lymph nodes resected; 4. Suitable for laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of previous abdominal operation, which might result in confusing the anatomy of superior mesenteric vessels, as well as their branches; 2. not able to dissect
