Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. AD patients were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10; 2. The head CT or MRI was carried out within 1 years before the group, and was consistent with the diagnosis of AD. 3. Aged over 60 years old, the condition is in a stable period; 4. The MMSE score was 10 to 26.?Chinese version NPI > 0; 5. The subjects all used drugs to improve their cognitive function; 6. Object of study and family members are voluntary and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. AD patients with severe heart,liver and kidney diseases; 2. other types of dementia or severe AD patients; 3. cognitive impairment caused by other diseases such as cerebrovascular disease , Parkinson ' s disease and neurosyphilis; 4. patients who cannot cooperate with the treatment (such as blindness, deafness, aphasia) or unstable patients ; 5. psychotic patients, schizophrenia with ICD-10 diagnosis or bipolar disorder, severe depression and other mental disorders.
