Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 0~18 year old paediatric patients; 2. There are any of the following signs or symptoms of infections: fever, local lesions, swelling and heat pain; WBC > 10 G/L or 1mg/dL; PCT > 2ng/ mL; all patients have positive etiological tests; 3. There are central nervous system symptoms, signs and injuries: neuroimaging CT/MR found abnormalities, abnormal EEG, TCD abnormality, BAEP III and V wave abnormality, cerebrospinal fluid abnormalities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other central nervous system diseases, such as craniocerebral trauma, cerebrovascular disease, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, and hereditary metabolic disease involving the central nervous system; 2. Preventive inoculation within 4 weeks before the onset of disease.
