Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with breast cancer after radical or conserving mastectomy; 2. aged 18 - 70 years old; 3. ECOG is less than or equal to 2; 4. chemotherapy regimens including anthracycline and/or Herceptin treatment; 5. baseline indications and basic requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ever had received radiotherapy or chemotherapy or endocrine therapy of breast cancer before chemotherapy before; 2. evaluation of cardiac function LVEF is less than 50%, the ventricular rate of less than 60 beats per minute; 3. chemotherapy regimens containing liposomal doxorubicin; 4. nearly 1 months of beta blockers, ACEI treatment.
