Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects were required to have healthy physical and mental, and their heart rate were not exceed 100 beats/min and blood pressure were not exceed 140/90 mmHg, and no past medical history (heart disease, infectious disease, etc.), and they had signed the informed consent, and no plans of pregnancy in one year, and no sleep disorder (such as insomnia, snoring, etc.) and the PSQI scores lower than 8 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects did not meet the inclusion criteria above, and female in the period of menstruation or lactation.
