40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =40 years old; 2. Persistent airflow limitation (post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC value <0.70); 3. Patients with COPD, but not exclude combined with asthma, bronchiectasis and lung cancer, etc. 4. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Researchers determin that the patients can not understand the research process; 2. Patients can not/are unwilling to answer the questionnaires, provide patient records, provide inspection reports and other relevant information; 2. Patients refuse to participate in the management of COPD, including COPD registration and follow-up,etc.
