Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, Age>70 years; 2. BMI>28; 3. Caprini score=7; 4. Preoperative hemoglobin, platelet and coagulation function were normal;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative hemoglobin, platelet, coagulation function abnormality; 2. The patient has a history of thrombosis or is using anticoagulant or coagulant disorder; 3. For any other reason, the patient cannot complete the study.
